From September 2 to 9, the Brazil–Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Brazil Vietnam Chamber) led a business mission in Ho Chi Minh City during the Vietnam Sourcing Expo 2025. The initiative brought together Brazilian entrepreneurs for an immersion in the vibrant Vietnamese market, fostering strategic connections and strengthening economic relations between the two countries.
During the expo, participants took part in business rounds, sectoral forums, and technical visits to local companies. Over the course of the mission, more than 14 technical visits and over 60 business meetings were held, consolidating a productive and high-value exchange. The delegation also attended the Business Forum, which brought together Vietnamese entrepreneurs eager to expand their international partnerships.
A highlight of the mission was the participation of the Chamber’s President, Mr. Victor Key, as a speaker at the Export Forum. In his presentation, he shared the Chamber’s vision on strengthening trade relations between Brazil and Vietnam, highlighting investment opportunities, the importance of strategic networking, and the benefits of sustainable, long-term cooperation. His speech generated significant interest among both Vietnamese and Brazilian participants.
The Vietnam Sourcing Expo experience was marked by efficient logistics and scheduling, ensuring that each company maximized its participation. Brazilian entrepreneurs had the opportunity to experience firsthand the diversity of products and services offered in Vietnam, as well as the dynamism and modernity of Ho Chi Minh City, which proved to be a highly promising business environment.
In addition to the fair, the mission included relevant institutional meetings. The delegation visited the Brazilian Embassy in Hanoi, the government of Bac Ninh province, Hanoi University, VUFO (Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations), and VCCI (Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry). These meetings reinforced institutional ties and broadened understanding of the Vietnamese business environment, laying solid foundations for future collaborations.
