On March 9, the Brazil Vietnam Chamber (BVC) held an institutional meeting with the International Relations and Foreign Trade Department of the Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (DEREX of FIESP), with the objective of promoting institutional engagement and presenting cooperation opportunities and events planned for 2026 aimed at promoting the Vietnamese market in Brazil.
The meeting was attended by Victor Key, President of BVC, and Ms. Pham Hong Trang, representative of the trade office of the Embassy of Vietnam in Brazil. Representing FIESP were Ms. Luana Mirra and Mr. Lucas Silva, members of the organization’s international relations department.
During the meeting, initiatives were discussed to expand the Brazilian industrial sector’s understanding of the Vietnamese market, which has emerged as one of the most dynamic industrial and commercial hubs in Asia. The proposal presented by BVC includes the organization of events, seminars, and trade promotion initiatives throughout 2026, in partnership with Brazilian institutions and the Government of Vietnam.
These initiatives aim to bring Brazilian companies closer to opportunities in the Asian country, including trade, investment, and business cooperation, as well as to encourage institutional exchange between industrial organizations from both countries.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of collaboration between organizations such as FIESP and institutions dedicated to promoting bilateral relations, contributing to the expansion of business flows and economic dialogue between Brazil and Vietnam.
Brazil Vietnam Chamber continues working to strengthen institutional and commercial bridges between the two countries, supporting companies interested in exploring opportunities in both markets.
