On May 19, 2025, the Brazil Vietnam Chamber officially joined the Federation of Foreign Trade Chambers (FCCE), marking an important step in expanding its institutional representation in the international trade arena. The Chamber received the Letter of Association signed by Adair Roberto Carneiro, President of the FCCE, formalizing its inclusion among the Federation’s members.
The FCCE is a non-profit civil organization that brings together national and foreign entrepreneurs engaged in foreign trade — export and import — through the affiliation of Binational Chambers of Commerce, Business Councils, and Trade Offices based in Brazil. Its mission is to strengthen the business environment and promote integration among various agents in international trade, fostering dialogue, information exchange, and institutional cooperation.
The Brazil Vietnam Chamber’s membership in the FCCE represents a strategic milestone to expand networking with other Binational Chambers, entrepreneurs, and government entities, enabling the development of new partnerships and joint initiatives. This integration reinforces the Chamber’s position as an active bridge between the public and private sectors, creating synergies that foster bilateral trade and investment.
According to Mr. Victor Key, President of the Brazil Vietnam Chamber, “joining the FCCE marks an important step in strengthening the relationship between Brazil and Vietnam. This partnership connects us to a network of institutions that share the same mission — to promote foreign trade and create a more dynamic and collaborative environment for companies from both countries.”
Furthermore, participation in the Federation will significantly contribute to the growth of commercial, industrial, and tourism activities between Brazil and Vietnam. Through collaboration in events, trade missions, and economic promotion projects, the Chamber reinforces its commitment to generating concrete business opportunities and deepening bilateral relations.
With its entry into the FCCE, the Brazil Vietnam Chamber reaffirms its mission to act as a strategic bridge between Brazil and Vietnam, fostering trade, innovation, and cultural exchange for mutual development.
