On November 4, 2025, the Brazil Vietnam Chamber formalized the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with InvestSP, the agency responsible for attracting investment and supporting companies interested in operating in the State of São Paulo. The announcement was made during the Summit Agenda SP+Verde, which brought together authorities, business representatives, and international leaders to discuss sustainability, competitiveness, and new economic development models.
The ceremony was attended by InvestSP’s CEO, Rui Gomes Junior, and the agency’s Director of International Relations and Foreign Trade, Julia Saluh. The Brazil Vietnam Chamber was represented by its president, Victor Key. The agreement establishes institutional cooperation to identify Brazilian and Vietnamese companies interested in expanding their operations, connect them with strategic partners, and facilitate access to the business environment in both countries. It also provides for the sharing of information on investment opportunities, market trends, and strategic sectors, in addition to supporting business missions, technical visits, and official delegations.
InvestSP is considered the main gateway for companies seeking to establish themselves in Brazil’s largest industrial and innovation hub, while the Brazil Vietnam Chamber works to promote bilateral investment, connect businesses, and strengthen institutional cooperation between Brazil and Vietnam. According to Chamber President Victor Key, the agreement consolidates a permanent relationship channel between the two markets and opens new opportunities for sectors such as agriculture, technology, renewable energy, manufacturing, and logistics.
With the signing of the MOU, both institutions expect to increase investment flows, stimulate public-private partnerships, and expand business exchanges between Brazil and Vietnam. The agreement also reinforces São Paulo’s role as an international business hub and positions the Brazil Vietnam Chamber as a reference in building economic bridges between the two countries.
